Your top-down asset is really good, and there's a water shader so beauty, which is awesome and it is very valuable to me. please create more top-down assets, I will always support you. I bought most of your asset: U-Store and there, and i am very satisfied.
Hiya, this looks fantastic. Question on the buildings. Are the 49 buildings customisable in the tileset (walls, roofs, etc), or are they a single sprite per building?
Cool, good to know. Also, I'm going to be importing this into a different engine. I'm assuming that there are PNGs of everything in the download, like in your other top-down pack? Also, curious on the water edge animations. Are they a shader or an animation itself?

Not customizable, a single sprite per building

The water is made using shader.
